    anti spyware & anti virus at the same time

    is it ok to install super antispyware and bitdenfender at the same time on my laptop???

    ya no problem.. Super Anti Spyware is not an Antivirus application.. It's not supposed to be run alone.

    Yes, I run Superantispyware, AVG, and Spybot search and destroy and have never had a conflict problem.
    Sometimes it's good to have more than one anti spyware prog on your laptop, as sometimes one will find something the other has missed. ;)

    Do you it necessary to run all those? What kind of (network) environment do you have your computer in?

    I use AVG as my main anti virus. And Spybot and Super anti spyware for running my weekly on demand scans.

    Like I said in my post, some spyware programs can pick up something that the other will miss. You can never be too safe out there. As well being protected as not. :p

    Given that this is notebook review, and assuming that the OP travels at any frequency, his/her home network situation is irrelevant as any public networks would become the problem, in which case I would suggest a firewall if you don't already have one.

    Yeh! I have my standard windows firwall too. But just have a preference of staying protected the way I do. Naught wrong with that is there?
