    hey..
every time i boot up my vaio (XP Pro), i get a application error message for amvo.exe. i googled this and i found that its apparently a low-threat virus. but my antivirus NOD32 isnt detecting it..i did a full system scan and it came clean... i searched my computer for amvo and then located the folder and used NOD32 to scan only that folder but even that came clean. how do i rid my comp of this virus? or is it not a virus...how do i get rid of that message? thanks!

ok i found a great solution. i hope this will help anyone searching this forum for this same problem as i did...

    just go to http://www.en.mygeekside.com/?p=18
and download the script and run it... they advise u to run the script once, reboot it, and run it again. it solved the problem for me..

i hope this wasnt the wrong topic to post this under..i couldnt think of anything else, and i also wanted to check if my NOD32 was faulty.
