There's an error message popping up saying that your_exe.exe has stopped working every once in a while. I did a little research and found out that it's a malware, and I have SUPERantispyware and have performed a system scan, but it doesn't seem to recognized your_exe.exe as something harmful. How can I get rid of it from my computer?

Try a different one and see if it catches it. Maybe MBAM.

-
isn't SUPERantispyware a rogue virii detector/remover
-
or if its small enough just upload it to virus total

Just tried Malwarebytes, didn't solve the your_exe or Battle Net problem.
-
I have 2 suggestions:
1. Download and run Dr. Web CureIt. Run a full scan.
2. Download and scan your system using Hitman Pro. You will need a working internet connection while running the scan. To remove any infection found, just activate the trial licence and delete or quarantine any infections. You can scan your system for free for the lifetime of the product, but removal of infections is only active for 30 days upon activation of trial licence [P.S.:- Try this suggestion first.]
If the above 2 suggestions fail to remove the viri, then unfortunately a complete re-install of your OS is your best bet.
Let us know how it goes.
Cheers and good luck. -
If you are grasping at straws... try installing KIS - the trial lasts 30 days and is fully functional.

Hitman Pro found all the viruses/trojans on the computer that Avast and SUPERAntiSpyware missed. I didn't get the serial number and just manually removed everything. Thanks! -
No problem.
A handy program, Hitman Pro. -

Your_Exe.exe popped up again with more .exe programs... Maybe I'll use Hitman's removal method.
-
This must be one nasty malware!

Just got rid of it, but a new bvr.exe just came up... How would I fix this? I did a google search but there isn't much on this.

Download a trial of Norton. It is definitely worth a shot.
Oh, and ditch your current AV software too. -

How about Trend Micro? I can get if free off of my school's website.
-
Oh, Revo Unistaller (free version) can launch the MS malicious software removal tool - it takes ages - and MS has an auto execute version (alternative) - try running that -
Make sure you are not reinfecting your system by usb sticks or hard disks.
