I have the Avira autorun blocking setting on.

It just displayed a message, saying it blocked "Y:\autorun.inf".

I have no ext HDDs or pendrives plugged in. What could that be?

    I've never seen a Y: drive before...

Download the programs and update to the latest definitions, then run 'm.
Both can be used with an AV installed.

both tools came up with nothing, neither did a full Avira scan.

The autorun blocker hasn't poped up again yet, so I guess it was nothing...
