Is it worth the upgrade? I have a license so its free and all but I heard some things about a decrease in quickness.

Anyone using 4? Is it much better? Worth upgrading?

    ALSO

When/If I do upgrade - is it best to complelely un-install nod32 v.3 first, then install v.4? or can I just install v.4 right over it?

Some folks simply go ballistic when they install an AV and it uses 12MB from their precious 2-4GB memory.....or something like that.

I've used both and I can't feel any difference between the two versions. At least not anything which makes me think one version is slower than the other... I'm running NOD32 version 4 and I really like it. It uses very little ressources. It might be slower than other AV applications but I don't see thi as a problem. It's affecting my computer or general system speed at all... You can see my specs. in my signature...

Same here, there is no reason to not use the latest version.
