This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Anyone know how good this program actually is? I was trying it out and it kept saying it found all these viruses so I ran my trusty Avast virus scanner and it came up with nothing.

    I normally like MS products... but I'd stay FAR away from OneCare as possible.

    I like for my antivirus to do antivirus and not be a solution for everything under the sun. But that is me... I like to piece together my security plan... with different products. For people who don't want to take on that responsibility, something like onecare might be a solution.
