    Hy all,

Here I want to ask something.
I have been using the NORMAN AV and my product currently registered until december 2009. But, I in the future I want to change my AV(NORMAN) with the another one(NOD32). So, What happen to my key??Is it still working after I uninstall the program?I mean if I don't ike the NOD32 I would like to change to NORMAN again.

    many thank's b4. . . :)

hmm i think you can mate :D if you don't have the key then you can use any pc auditing apps which will give you all licensed apps info .

Yes, You can use the key to reinstall, as long as the subscription is active.

The key is tied to your subscription, not the currently installed AV version.
You can try NOD32 (uninstall Norman AV first) and if you don't like NOD32, just uninstall it, reboot, reinstall Norman AV, enter your subscription key and you're back to where you started.
    Cheers.

only make sure that the key is complete and save it somewhere safely. some applications may display a truncated license key for security reasons (so that nobody who works with your computer can steal the key), which won't work upon installation of course.
but even if you lose the key or whatever, you should be able to get it recovered via customer services line/e-mail, as long as the license is valid.
