I am using Firefox to browse.

Glary Utilities has a "file shredder" tool that removes folder/files using American Dod 5220 developed by the US department of defense.

Now with folder/files I need to shred so that the browsing history is gone...FOREVER ? ( I have read that clearing history in Firefox is not enough, windows also keeps track of browsing)
