Several sites including PCMag have nothing but rave reviews for it, does anybody have any experience with it? CNET also gave Kapersky (sp?) really high markings as well.

WSA runs light, very light and is a strong newcomer. It has scored well in several different tests, even won an award already and it's build to even run besides another AV, if you'd like.
You could f.i. install a (light) free AV like Avira or MSE and combine it with WSA without conflicts and without a heavy system load but raising detection and protection considerably.
It relies considerably on cloud scanning/internet connection for detection, it has a small local database correspondingly, so keep that in mind; if you're 'always' connected/online, WSA will suit you.
Are you sure you'd like WSA Complete, offering mobile device protection? Otherwise buy the cheaper WSA Essentials.
If you don't mind paying, WSA is worth it but run a trial version first to see if you like it, more user experiences and WSA/Webroot representatives can be found on this security software forum; link
