This isn't necessarily an apple question but you guys are good...so...my friend has a PC which had a virus that was removed by norton. However, now his IE and Safari etc CANT connect to sites. AIM, email, everythin else works so there is an active connection. He tried to reboot several times, did a system restore, etc. Reinstalled both IE and Saf and no good..must be something small we're missing.

The virus he thinks is the tinyproxy.exe virus?
