Avira asked me to burn a little program on a DVD and to boot from the DVD BUT it did not work, avira said it was not able to do the job.

What other free program can do the job ?

THe computer crashes, blue screen, only at start up

Malwarebytes'Antimalware and HitmanPro3 are your best options.

Mind you, you've gotten a very serious rootkit+trojan infection.
While it's possible to remove this password&credit card data-stealing malware, my advice in such cases is to do either a fresh install or put a clean image back.
When reinstalling, make sure to do a full format.
