You can run your computer in safe mode and run a scan then.

In the rescan no threats were found... Should i trust NOD32?
Recently i installed 'home keylogger' do u think it might have been the culprit?

To make sure that it has been removed turn off restore point and rescan PC. If all is clear you may turn back on restore point.

Have you tried a scan in safe mode as someone already mentioned? You could also try running a secondary scanner. I suggest downloading Avira's free edition since it seems to be the most powerful scan out of freeware choices. However, I'm not convinced that is a trojan. Microsoft's webpage has a few help pages on that dll so it could be a MS thing that rang as a false positive. Then when you updated your definitions, it caught that it was a false positive and fixed it = not seeing it anymore. I would think the keylogger YOU installed, as opposed to it installing itself, would show up as spyware and not a virus. So run two different virus scanners under safe mode, if they don't turn up anything, you're probably fine.
