Hi, I purchased my Asus F8Sn-C1 with Windows Vista a couple months ago and now it has a virus that i am tryin to remove but for some reason when i download the removal tool ( http://securityresponse.symantec.com/security_response/writeup.jsp?docid=2008-072215-0522-99) and try to start it it says that i do not have administrative rights, and to contact my network administrator even though I am the admin on my computer.

Any help is appreciated.

When you download the tool, select save to desktop. Right click on the application and then select "run as administrator".
