SAS is telling me that updates are available. But when I click "download and install updates", the following message comes up
"You must stop the scan or close the SAS main screen before updating".

I don't have any scans running. Any clues on how to start the product update?

Uninstall your current version and DL the latest. Or just Reinstall if you are already using the latest.

It happens to me before and all I have to do is close the main SAS window. :) I hope this works for you too.

When I close the main screen, the update notification also closes.
