Well a couple of days ago a pop-up came up and Avira said it was a virus and i said access deny and all of sudden my computer froze i had to restart, and i ran malware bytes Avira and Superantispyware and nothing showed up.Today while on the computer the Avira deny access thing popped up and i kept saying deny access, and it would pop up every view minutes. I'm running a virus scan right now and this is what showed up "TR/CryptRedol.88576.3".. I'm just worried its one of those viruses that hide and cant be noticed till damaged is done and that they may be others since i did my virus scan and nothing showed up till now..

    What should i do??

Edit: When i go into Quarantine, do i just keep it there or delete them and they will be deleted from the computer..

Have you been able to identify the file associated with the warning?
If so, upload it to Jotti and VirusTotal malware scanners (check my sig).
If both MBAM and SAS come up clean and both scanners come up clean (besides Avira) it's highly likely a false positive.
You could also send a sample to Avira to have it checked.
    Cheers.

Try doing a virus scan when booted up in Safe Mode.

Also I'm not familiar with Avira, but I know some AVs can scan before startup.
