AVG2008 has detected this threat twice within the past 3 days. Both times I have moved it to the vault.

Should I be worried about this threat?

Yes, you should be worried if it's a threat. So first make sure that AVG isn't giving a false positive.
Upload the suspect file to VirusTotal.com and let it be scanned to see how many security companies flag it as malicious.
If so, run Malwarebytes'Antimalware and SuperAntispyware. Download links are in my signature.

If these programs can't clean your notebook, download HijackThis from TrendMicro here; link.
Create an account on Castlecops here; link and follow their procedure exactly.
