Is there anyway to set Antivir up so it prompts for action instead of doing things automatically? I know kaspersky has this feature.

I just loaded AntiVir, and I'm wondering if there's a way to have it scan every day, at the same time.

I uninstalled AVG and installed AntiVir, and with AVG, I could set a time where it would scan each day. Haven't found it with AntiVir.

Don't mean to hijack your thread, but thought I'd add my question to yours, instead of starting a new thread also about Antivir, but with a different question.

hope you don't mind. Sorry I can't answer your question, as I'm new to Antivir as well.

check the "expert mode" option? there should be something like "action for concerning files" where you can check "interactive" instead of "automatic"

    cheers ...
