I'd never download a browser from a website other than the source:

    Microsoft.com/ie

    Mozilla.com/firefox

    etc.

I strongly recommend you uninstall that and do a thorough anti-virus/anti spyware scan of your PC. I'd be wary of doing any web browsing involving sensitive info like banking or account management with that.

You can most likely accomplish anything that that "special" version of Firefox offers through approved, safe add-ons from the Mozilla Add-Ons website.

In any case, if you don't want to give up your current Firefox, you should be able to remove the toolbar via Tools -> Add-ons. click the listing of the toolbar in question then click "Uninstall." Restart Firefox from the Add-ons window.

Thanks - i'm having issues with surfing the NET with other browsers. This particular version of Firefox is working well for me...

See link of how toolbar looks like...could u be kind enough 2 tell me how to change the toolbar to English ? I suspect there is a Russian ADD-ON that needs 2 be removed.

I don't know how to change it to English but if I may ask, why did you download a browser (with about 70 extensions already integrated) that's available for free for anyone?
Did IE and Firefox stop working after installing this particular ofshoot?
If so, it's a pretty messed up browser package.

Russian&cyrillic for 'language settings' is 'языковые настройки' according to Google, if you do want to continue.

I wouldn't do any private stuff on that computer though. Actually, I would format and reinstall it, like already mentioned above.
(And if it isn't your computer or if it's connected to other computers (home/school, whatever), make da*n sure the package is clean so you don't accidentally cause (serious) trouble for others).

Then why didn't you download it from a legit source ( www.mozilla.com)? Your computer has probably become a cesspool of malware and viruses.
