Whenever I try to print something my computer crashes and my firewall says my antivirus has been replaced or something...both times this happened I uninstalled and reinstalled the antivirus. Any idea what this is or what to do?

A few questions to make the problem easier to understand... :)

What OS, firewall and antivirus are you using?
What software do you use when you are printing? Microsoft Office? Did you try printing using other software?
