    ..should I delete it? Its in the .exe file for a rainmeter skin I recently downloaded. HUD VISION. Its pretty popular too. I downloaded it here http://customize.org/rainmeter/skins/58074

    Should I just ignore it?

    Try uploading the file to VirusTotal and see whether other engines detect it as malware or not.
