I tried it only BC i read a lot of reviews how it's not slowing down the system anymore... Well the system boot up was slowed 45 seconds. Then Norton got dumped. Anyway, it found the most malware, what was false return of all those IDK, probably some...

Norton is a highly rated and convenient virus software. What's more, it's consistently been in the top two positions in every review I've read in the past three years.

It's not perfect (is any suite?), but as suites go, it's very user friendly, and has the best user interface in the business!

I bought it at Staples, 69.99 with a $40 mail in rebate. I missed it at Office Depot for 9.99 after rebates.

Norton Internet Security 2010 is a much improved product. Norton has many additional features over free programs and Norton provide free product and patch updates within the subscription period.

I had a terrible experience with N9 customer service, put me on hold with bad canned music for an hour. I immediately disinstalled my free preinstalled program. Got the answer on my own.
