Disable firewall. Did you disable it in the settings?

    Hi Matrix,

Mike from the Norton Authorized Support Team responding to your posting.

First, manually run LiveUpdate from within Norton to make sure you have the latest patches applied. Restart your computer if any updates are installed.

Next, follow the instructions in the document below to change one of the settings in Norton and then run the Norton Insight scan again.

Resolve issue where Norton Insight shows 0% trusted files in your Norton 2009 product

Let me know if this resolves the issue.

    Thanks,
    Mike
