I have and XP operating system and my computer recently got a virus, it was a XP Anti Virus 2012. It wouldn't let me open anything up on a normal boot so I went into safe mode with networking. I downloaded malwarebytes and I ran that program and it found 10 infection, so I removed them. I restarted the computer and rebooted normally. I try to open up mircosoft word, but it just popped open a Open With window. I try opening up the security center and it said rundll32.exe can not execute, I can't even open up the commandline, and yes I tried cmd on the run. How can I solve this problem?

First I would scan your computer in safe mode with a good anti virus program such as MSE. Once you are sure the virus is gone, try a repair installl from a Win XP CD.
