Recently, I was on a site and I downloaded a wallpaper from there. I'v deleted it now but every single time I turn on my computer it comes up with ''This publisher could not be verified do you want to run this software?'' and it shows the location of the file, when I try to search for it I cannot find it.

So I pressed run and it came up with the picture in Windows Photo Viewer and I deleted it, and then deleted it again from the recylce bin. When I restarted my computer the same thing happened but I just pressed cancel. The next day the same thing happened. I need to get rid of this. Any help would be extremely appreciated.

First open MSconfig- startup tab - uncheck anything that looks out of the ordinary related to this file.
Update your anti virus and/or anti Malware software, then boot into safe mode (F8 after power on) and do a full scan. Let us know the results please.

    ^as JOSEA said.
sounds like you gave permission to a hidden virus/worm/spyware etc etc in that wallpaper.so you need to do a fulll scan in safe mode.

    what antivirus do you use?
