During the installation of cygwin, regtool.exe is removed by NIS b/c it think it's dangerous. I think it's a false reading b/c of the way the program functions, I just upgraded to NIS from avast. NIS flags the file as high risk file but i've installed cygwin before and nothing was found when avast was used.

    This is the program:
    http://www.cygwin.com/

It's probably just a falsey. I was installing something, Flash it was, and it was flagged my Eset SS. So, I'm guessing because of the nature of this file, it's a false reading.

It's this sonar protection in NIS that's causing this problem, anything needing special permission/changing files is flagged as high risk.
