I just bought NIS 2009 after reading all the positive reviews about it, but I am pretty disappointed by the relative lack of customization in the settings.

Is there an interactive mode in NIS 2009? Where it'll prompt me when it sees a threat and ask me what to do?

or does it just automatically delete everything it deems is a medium/high risk threat?

(i know you can turn the prompt on for low-risk threats)

NIS deletes high risk malware by itself. But most other files are sent to quarantine and you will be prompted.
