This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    To obtain a free McAfee Internet Security for Windows license, follow these steps:
    1. Go to the Promotion Page

    2. Create a new account using the form "Enter your email to get started":
    -Enter your email address, new password and its confirmation.
    -After creating your account, select Place My Order> Get My Trial and then click the Download button

    3. Install McAfee Internet Security using the downloaded online installer. Supported OS: Microsoft Windows 10, 8.1, 8 and 7 (32-bit and 64-bit)
