I know this thread may be a bit unneeded but I would Like to check and make sure I can Remove these items. I don't to remove them then my computer screws up. What exactly are they and can I remove them? I did a full malwarebytes scan and this is the result.

Can't really see the full path, but everything MBAM has caught I have deleted successfully. That goes with other computers that I try to help clean up. So if you want my opinion, I say go ahead and remove it. It should be safe.

I got something similar to the 2nd entry and it was no false positive as the screen kept flashing occasionally. I can't recall the exact name of the entry though.

Hijack Display Properties isn't a "False Positive" I wish it were, but it's not.

Usually an add on to those nasty little bugs that close down your internet browser and tell you that your PC is infected and that you need to download THEIR AV program. lol I've gotten it a few times and just remove it, but I have had the fun of working on systems where the user was dumb enough to give it the go ahead and install. Bad stuff, and it's usually easier to kill it and reformat.

Some screenies from the last time it popped up for me and I caught it:

Then when you kill the process to your browser, you get this:

Just keep it clean and you'll be good to go.
