OK - to cut a long story short.

I didn't know I could upgrade from 7 to 2009 on the same key - but I could and well I did. anyway...

I can't send files from my computer via ICQ or QIP - but I can via MSN. It is not KIS in general because it works for someon eI know.
I upgraded from KIS 7 running in the "advanced mode"...

What could block sending files via ICQ on my computer?
    (I can recieve files though)

    Any ideas?
    Help would be appreciated.

OK - it seems like resetting security settings worked for me...
    (generally solves most peoblems...)

Which now means I'll have these little annoying windows "allow / block" etc. popping up all over again...
