Justitia@tacoda[1]/txt object hidden by a rootkit technique; AVG asks do I want to remove it?

    So do I?

AVG suggests that this is usually a technique used by malicious software,

I know AVG is old and not as good as when I purchased it a couple of years ago. I plan to update. I have free version of Avira running at the same time.

I also visited a site to try and watch a show I could not get anywhere else and the site immediately opened like a dozen IR windows. I closed everything as fast as I could and did a system restore.

But it seems like my laptop is running nonstop. even if I am not doing anything and I can't tell what the cause is.

    Help! :(

    You're running 2 AV's? Bad idea.
It's bound to cause trouble, even when one succeeds, the other fails by definition.
Also, it will slow down your notebook so uninstall AVG or Avira (I'd stick with Avira).
If possible, update AVG/Avira and run a scan or download the latest definitions here or here, if necessary.

Is there a certain/unknown process using up much CPU% when you check your running processes in your task manager?
Also if possible, try downloading and updating MBAM and run a scan.
Download the manual update files here, if necessary.
