I reformatted a couple of weeks ago and took the opportunity to make some changes to my security setup, (all programs are free versions).

    I'm using the following:

Avast, (upgraded to 4.8 this morning)
    Online Armor
    Threatfire
    SUPERantispyware
    CCleaner
    and Firefox for my browser

So far all seems to be going well, but I'm doing my usual second guesing of my choices and would like any general comments as to this grouping, and in a more specific way am wondering if there is any conflict or duplication that I should be aware of.

    Thanks in advance.

Are you having any noticeable problems? Huge slowdowns? Security-related error messages? If not, chances are there are no conflicts.

No need to feel insecure, you're pretty fine. You might want to switch your AV from Avast to Avira Antivir though.

Thanks for the replies everyone, I hadn't encountered problems as such, just wanted some feedback on the set up to make sure I had something reasonable...

Feeling fine with the choices now.
