So here's what I got so far.
FastAccess facial recognition or a windows login password to login after logged out/restart/shut down/sleep etc.

    Ad-Aware
    AVG free
    SpywareBlaster
    Windows defender and firewall

    Some firefox addons like
NoScript (Allow only certain scripts to run on a page)
    Ghostery (Better cookie blocker)
Better Privacy (LSO search and destroy, haha)

What could I do to beef up my security?

    Thanks for your time,
    Coke

I got a 26 key WPA2 password already. But I don't think I've ever touched the firmware. OHHHHHHhhhhh this is a good time to get me some custom firmware for it > :D

Consider replacing AVG with a better alternative such as MSE or my personal favorite, Avast!

Windows Defender should be disabled since you have AVG as your anti-virus, running two anti-viruses at the same time leads to complications and slow downs, and honestly, two anti-viruses are as good as none.

Consider adding HTTPS Everywhere and Web of Trust to your Firefox addons.

When you use HTTPS Everywhere you could also install HTTPS Finder:
    Love the combo :)

Your security setup is already very good. I would add Spybot Search & Destroy + Malwarebytes to the list.

Truecrypt is not essential to a good security setup, you can live without it.

Wow, this guy is intense. All I is Microsoft Security Essentials, Windows Firewall, and Chrome. Oh and some common sense. Never been infected since my 1st computer in 2006.

In my opinion HIPS is what is missing but correct use of those really depends on your level of knowledge. I recommend Online Armour. There are others such as System Safety Monitor or Ghostsecurity Suite but they are no longer being updated.
