My symantec antivirus pop up everytime when it goes to windows Vista saying it detected and cleaned the virus. I've tried MWB and SAS anti spyware programs in safe mode but still no cure... Any clue?? Thank you.

Have you been able to locate the virus file or does Symantec give you the location?
Maybe it's in one of your restore points?
