I use Avira Antivir Free, MalwareBytes and A-Squared...After running them all seperately of course...

Avira: comes up clean, but the report says 3 files cannot be scanned
    A-Squared: 1 Files infected with: Exploit.Java.CVE-2008-5353!IK
    2 Files infected with: Trojan.Java.Selace!IK
Both are cited as High Risk
    Malwarebytes: comes up clean

Unfortunately A-Squared cannot Quarantine or Delete these files...Can anyone help?? Thanks in advance!

Download SUPERAntiSpyware? It is another FREE ON-DEMAND SCANNER.
It's performance is very good too.

You can try DetlevCM's solution as well.
    Kaspersky and Norton Internet Security.

In addition, you should replace your Avira Antivir Personal 9 with Microsoft Security Essentials(MSE). MSE helps me remove the viruses that Avira Antivir Personal 9 can't. Impressed me a lot.

If it still hasn't worked out for you, try downloading Hitman Pro ( Link).

Its cloud based AV. So you will need a working internet connection while scanning. Scanning is free for the lifetime of the product. But to remove any infections, you need to activate the free 30-day licence key.
Its a great software becoz it uses like 5 different AV engines for scanning. (GDATA, AVira, NOD32, Prevx, a2, and its own engine i think.)

A-squared is known for false positives. Submit the files to VirusTotal

Avira, and most AV's, can not scan locked files such as pagefile.sys and hiberfil.sys. Check out the report.
