I was just surfing the net, did some paper works in MS Word, and installed giveawayoftheday's Paragon app the other day. When I restarted my notebook, I was surprised to see a window popped up upon start-up in desktop mode, saying: "There was a problem starting C:\Windows\system32\sshanas21.dll. Access is denied." (screen capture is seen in the attached image below). I don't know what this missing .dll file means. It's actually my first time to encounter such .dll file. I tried using CC Cleaner, Advanced Systemcare Pro, and Uniblue Registry Cleaner. All those apps were very effective in remedying missing .dll file before also upon start-up. It's only now that they didn't work in solving the abovementioned missing .dll file Does anyone know how to solve this missing file? Thanks in advance (^_^)

the file is most often associated with a really, really bad malware infection. very hard to clean.

hi comrade.
just want to check is this the site you got paragon from (safe link) Giveaway of the Day - free licensed software daily. Today: RSS Feed Creator - RSS Feed Creator is a easy-to-use desktop RSS editor that allows you to create and maintain your own RSS newsfeeds ...
if it was its safe as its been around for years and ive had it posted on a few of my forums with hundreds of members using it on a daily basis with no bad feedback. but there are quite a few sites that try to mimic this original site and ive heard they can contain malware/trojans. -

which antivirus are you using?
glad you got it sorted though following the link from Gerry. -
I also doubt that you got it from that site--though you never know. I don't think the site intended to infect you.
There are a lot of websites sitting on infected servers as well as sites that serve advertisements that are infected.
Either way, glad it got worked out. -
