Hey guys last night i believe I caught some sort of virus. Basically the virus changed my wallpaper to something like. Your computer infected and purchase this etc. Idk what other things it has done but the laptop is off the internet and I don't plan on putting back on till it's cleared. So my question how should approach this?. I'm thinking about running the geeksquad utilities. To clean what they can and then take any data I need of the drive and wipe and put new windows on it. Right now on the computer control pannel isn't working and i can't access any administrative tools, also can't open task manager to close the process. Any advice on how fixing this would be awesome. If this an off topic thread MOD Can you please move it. THX
