This has been going on for a long time but a lot of sites I go to like Best Buy or HP or Dell etc has Foresee surveys and I been trying to get rid of this malware but for some reason windows defender like software don't remove it. It seems like it might even be a adware but it comes up. Is there a virus on my PC or something? It's strange that no matter what PC I use this happens but if I go the second time it wont show again unless I clear cookies or so. Or is it possible all my computers have a huge malware or adware problem?

Here's a pic of my desktop when opening a normal site like HP forums. As you see this survey pop up comes. This happens like this on Best Buy or Dell etc. All my computer does this but is this a malware or something?

Some are from Foresee and some are like this and I can't get rid of them. My computers must have some bad malware or something.

    1. those popups may just be part of how the website is designed and may not necessarily be malware.
If you think your computer may be infected, try running adw and combofix. you can download them safely from here: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/windows/

    2. get rid of any previous pop-up blockers you are using and install uBlock Origin. That may stop it.
