After AGV has scanned my computer, the virus vault is full of tracking cookies.

    Should I empty the vault?

If I do empty it, where does the stuff in it actually go?

    Thanks in advance.

if you empty the vault, the files are gone, they are not removed to the recycler or anywhere. they are deleted.

tracking cookies are just pieces of text, not harmful malware (there could be some privacy issues - that's why they are detected), but you can safely throw them away.
