Whats a AS scanner? How much better would As-aware or Supersntispyware be better than Spybot?

That looks about fine, but I'd go with Baserk's recommendations. Also, they won't slow you down much, if at all.

    AS - antispyware.

You'll get different answers from everyone about which is best, or better. Just make sure you have apps installed and use them. Also, there is a great thread about malware prevention/best apps/etc here at NBR.

Personally, though not my own favorites, I think what you have installed is fine, with one exception: you really should run at least two antispyware programs. None that I'm aware can catch all adware/spyware.

Personally, I'd go with A-Squared or Superantispyware.

Not sure exactly what you mean by interfere. If you mean "Are they incompatible?" no, they're not, to my knowledge. You don't need to run all your security apps in the background at the same time. But you should scan with at least two apps, is what I mean by using two antispyware programs.
