    Comodo and AVG together..

    Will they cause each other grief? I know you don't need/shouldn't have two anti-virus apps, so is that an issue here? Or is the AV scanner in Comodo not the same as something like AVG?

    I just uninstalled COMODO after 2 weeks, I got sick of the constant popups asking for confirmation on every damm thing. :mad: :mad: :mad:

    I don't mind that if I feel safe. Are you using another firewall now?

    Just Vista ,

    I mean when you are installing software, it askes you to select installation mode, but then it still asks you like 50 times, when you install some software.

    Also i half of the 50 times when i clicked yes/ mabe i should have said no, and i had some problems.

    I was using Avast and COMODO, I do not trust AVG anymore, and i used it for years.

    I installed both AVG 8 and COMODO without any problem or conflict. They worked very nice together on my dual boot system (Vista home basic + XP Professional).

    installation mode on comodo pro works beautifully for me. no more pop ups until it asks me if i want to change back to normal mode. its the best firewall ive used in years

    I always have a tick in that box, sometimes certain programs make Comodo go haywire!
