    I was recently infected by "WORM_AGENT.YRB" and after I resolved the problem.. I can't seem to access my Drive C by double clicking anymore. I know that I could still access it by right clicking and then explore but I would like to know how to resolve this problem and how I can access the drive by double clicking.

    This is what I am getting.. It is asking me to choose a program in which I want to open it with:

    False alarm! I did some extra research and did some experiments and got it to work! If anyone else stumbles across this problem in the future, do it like this.

    1) Go to My Computer, Tools -> Folder Options -> View, there check Show Hidden Files and uncheck the two beneath that so all hidden files are displayed to you.
    2) Open notepad and type in:
    [AutoRun]
    open=C:\windows\explorer.exe

    3) Save it as file "autorun.inf". Save it directly to your Drive C and restart your computer. You should be able to access your Drive C with double clicking now!
