I installed Bitdefender Free on a new install, everything went good and it updated and told me I have 29 days left. When I went to register I got an error message that said, " the connection to the server failed, product cannot be activated". Any ideas on what to do since I have 29 days left ?

I just installed it today and logged in. Mind you, I already has a Bitdefender account.

Try again maybe it was a temporary server glitch.

I had Bitdefender free on HP and then bought Bitdefender Internet Security 2015, it would not activate it thru the free one, contacted seller, He said open a new account, something like one(1) Bitdefender product per account, opened a new account, registered the product and then downloaded IS 2016 thru a license conversion link from IS 2015. I paid $4 for ~ 2 1/2 years, 723 days left from today.

    Cheers
    3Fees :)
