    I am not sure you're fully using all these services or software or not. I found some of them are quite useless.
    For example:

    O23 - Service: Update Center Service (UpdateCenterService) - NVIDIA - C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\System Update\UpdateCenterService.exe
    If you're not using Nvidia Motherboard. This service = useless. Geforce Drivers update can be easily download from Nvidia website.

    Toolbar is quite useless also. Personally, I don't use them? Did you use them effectively too? If you don't, just uninstall them. Your browser load speed would be faster with lesser toolbar.

    I found you use plenty of antiviruses, antimalwares, anti-blahblah blah(scanners)... You're wasting your RAM(too much protection processes) and HDD. I would suggest you to turn off AIM, MSN or whatever messenger start-up. Too much of start up can caused laptop to slow down.


    Lastly, you can ignore me if you don't like my style on tweaking a laptop. Just some lame advices. Thanks.

    I have so many because I had win32:trojan on my computer in multiple places and avast didnt find it so i used other programs.

    As you can see, almost all windows processes have the same icon, right?
    Is that what you are worried about?
    You could give Malwarebytes'Antimalware a run for it's money.
    Download the free version, update it and then do a quick scan.
    If you want folks to take an in-depth look at a log, you are better off at Bleepingcomputer or MajorGeeks.

    NO! Your system will screwed up itself first before a single virus, malware, spyware, trojan or rootkit goes into your computer.
    Example:
    Doctor will only allow his patience to take a few or one antibiotics. Overdosage could cause death or worsen the condition. So, too much antibiotics kill you instead of the illness.
    Similarly, a computer only allow to have a few security software. Install too much can cause system unstable and crashes. So, too much security software kill you instead of infections.
