Ok my not so smart bother got Rouge on our downstairs computer. I'm trying to get rid of it but its a pain. My question is the infected computer is connected to our wireless router and my laptop upstairs is connected wirelessy to the same router. Can this rouge infect our router and attack our whole wireless network? Sorry but this scars me. Thanks guys!

There is malware that can infect a router.
For instance, google 'router' and 'Chuck Norris' (I'm not joking).

But, the fact that there is such malware doesn't mean your router is affected.
If however, you want to be sure that everything is clean, you'll only have to flash the router with the most recent firmware, reconfigure it and use a non-standard password.

Make sure to have all the appropriate software (firmware), specific router settings etc. before you start flashing the firmware. Also, read the router manual.

Probably not affect the router itself, but i guess it could spread to all the other computers that are connected to the router?

There were viruses in 2004 that could spread by merely connecting to a network. Wouldn't be surprised if someone figured out how to do it again.
