Ever since I've installed CA Internet Security Suite I have had a lot of Music problem. The music I have on my Itunes seem to skip and make a weird buzzing noise when I play it. Sometimes I'm able to fix it but other times I have to go get in contact with CA tech and they seem to almost never fix the problem. I have had to do System recovery twice and a clean Windows installation but every time I install the security suite within a week or two of a scan my music goes all crazy again.

This has been going on since May and I'm sick and tired of it. I was wondering if anyone of you out there had, had this problem and how to fix it permanently.

    Thank you
    Kam

If CA Customer Support can't fix your specific issue, I'd ditch this program.
Depending on your skills/needs, either buy another security suite or install a mix of decent free security software programs.
The CA security suite isn't exactly top-notch.

Just to make sure, have you installed any other programs when also installing the CA suite?
Are you perhaps hearing an (unrelated) high-pitched CPU whine?

No I haven't installed another program while installing CA Internet Security Suite and the techs have reinstalled CA by remote control more then five times and every two weeks or less I have problems.

I had my computer clean twice and send it to Acer support to get my hardware fixed, so I know it's the security suite.

Is there any recommended security software that is free or not too expensive?

A free security suite is CIS/Comodo Internet Security but it's only useful if you don't mind learning how to use a HIPS and sandboxing.
It offers excellent protection but you might need to invest some time reading and learning.
For other free security software, check my sig.
A very good paid-for security suite is NIS/Norton Internet Suite from Symantec.
It can be bought for CAD 59,99 for a 3 PC license, if you can use that it's only 20 bucks per year per PC.

You might want to try out other security suites though before making a purchase decision.
All vendors offer trial versions; for instance Kaspersky Internet Suite 60 day trial link
