Download SmitFraudfix.exe and read this post from NBR member ZFactor on how to use it.
Afterwards download MalwarebytesAntimalware, rename mbamsetup.exe to mbsetup.exe.
Install it and make sure to update the program, reboot into safe mode and then run MBAM.
When you still experience problems after these steps, go to BleepingComputer.com or MajorGeeks and read on how to post a HiJackthis log there.
    Cheers.

Yep, Malwarebytes is very good. :)
Run a quick scan with Malwarebytes and delete all items it finds, if you still have trouble with the Trojan run a full scan and delete anything that Malwarebytes finds on your system.

    Good luck!
