I have an anti-virus that I'm pretty dedicated to, so please don't give me av/spyware combos... I just need an anti spyware / Malware combo. I need the best anti-spyware, I can get. It needs to work with and not conflict with my anti-virus, and I am willing to buy it if it's a one time payment to own.
    Please give me your ideas!

Don't even bother. Anti-spyware software is unnecessary and it just gives you the illusion of security. If you have a good AV program and you browse safely, then thats the best security you can have.

    Malwarebytes'Antimalware, lifetime license for €22.95.
Or Sandboxie, to sandbox (internet-facing) apps.
Different approach, where you don't go for detection but isolation of apps, lifetime license for € 29.
An AV, common sense, lua/sua and a clean image go a long way though.

Malwarebytes free as an on-demand scanner. Scan once in a while and you're set as long as you practice safe browsing.

Emisoft Anti-Malware is nice. I use the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Pro (you can get it for ~10€.. lifetime license).
