This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I'm currently running AVG 7.5 Pro, but whenever I scan the computer, it says that C:/ cannot be open... What's wrong?

    are you using bitlocker or any other encryption ??

    Nope... I don't even know what those things are... I used it to scan my computer last night and it worked fine. I went to bed, and I guess the computer dyed half way through... I tried again this morning and it stopped working.
