I have the newest version of AVG installed and it has been running great. But today i i tried to open it up and it will not run and im not sure why. and when i go to windows security it says its been disabled. I did not disable it and when i try to turn it back on it ask to allow and i do but IT STILL wont turn on.

Can anyone tell me why this is happening?

    Thanks!

I don't know why it happens. I am running vista and had a similar problem. I reinstalled it and haven't had any problems since.

No problem. It is a quick uninstall and reinstall. At least it isn't a program with photos or something else that you can't duplicate.

A number of people have been having problems with AVG. I suggest you switch to Avira since it is a much better program in all categories (ex. better scanner, quicker, better guard, etc.).
