It's very light, no toolbars, no system optimizers, no fluff. Is it not the time to break up with your old love for NOD32?

Not so sure about the long time reliability (performance-no problems) with the other options. And I have still around 1/2 year of current NOD32 license. Why change when I have already paid and it just works? Several years without problems have it’s value.

well, I have 0 false positives and lemme tell you this, I have some pretty wild tools and crap so. Always go for user experience not only test results.

It's either F-Secure or ESET that I'll use and F-Secure wins for me at least because it doesn't have an aggressive HTTP scanner like ESET that slows down my internet.

These are one of the last few AVs left that don't have bloatware like toolbars, software updaters, registry cleaners, system optimizers, VPNs built in, etc.

What's wrong with Bitdefender and Avira (apart form being less efficient than F-secure, and incorporating extra features)?

Bitdefender, even the Antivirus only includes = system optimizer, registry cleaner, software updater, browser extensions, yada yada

Avira = includes Avira Launcher which is atrocious, it ruined the entire UI and is installed automatically unlike before where it was optional: see: https://www.wilderssecurity.com/threads/avira.345492/page-232#post-2962052
